Danny Schantz (BC'20)
Broker
Danny received a Bachelor of Arts from Boston College in 2020. In Spring 2020, Danny worked with the BC Shea Center's Startup Accelerator to optimize Eagles Realty business processes.
Jake Walker (BC '23)
Managing Agent
Originally from Connecticut, Jake is a BC ‘23 student who is studying to earn a bachelor’s degree in political science with a minor in finance. Prior to joining Eagles Realty, Jake owned College Co. Home Services, a boutique summer landscaping business.
Jake was a two-time Connecticut high school hockey state champion and is currently an athlete on the Boston College Club Hockey team. In his free time, Jake loves to travel and seek unique adventures such as hiking, fishing, hunting, and skydiving.
Alexandra Younes (BC'23)

Alexandra is pursuing a BC degree in International Studies as a member of the Class of 2023. During her time at BC, Alexandra has been involved in the community as an RA (Resident Assistant) for BC ResLife, and as a member of the Pre-Law Society.

Alex Goon (BC '24)

Originally from Seattle, Alex is a licensed realtor in both Washington and Massachusetts. A class of 2024 student currently pursuing a degree in finance, Alex plans on working with CBRE his junior summer and wants to continue his career in the commercial real estate industry after college. His sophomore summer internship with the Corcoran Center here at BC provided him with excellent insights which he hopes to pass on to the groups he works with. In his free time, Alex is an active member of the Real Estate Club and the Men's Lacrosse Team.

Vanessa is a BC '24 student from Massachusetts who is studying to earn her bachelor’s degree in Biology and Political Science with a minor in Management and Leadership. In her spare time, she is involved in many extracurriculars including BC bOp!, Armenian Club, MT Cabaret, and the Bioethics Society!

Nicholas Toland (BC '25)

From Massachusetts, pursuing a degree in economics with a minor in finance and history. Nick is looking to pursue a career in the commercial real estate industry, particularly within development and sustainability. Nick's work through the Corcoran Center this past summer has made him passionate about the field of real estate, and he wants to be able to use these skills to help BC students find their off-campus homes.
In his free time, Nick is a men's club lacrosse team member and an international assistant for first-year international students.
